Clients' Increasing Needs Prompt Opening of New Facility
August 2006 - TransPerfect Document Management announced the opening of a new facility in Washington, D.C. The facility will increase TransPerfect's national presence in legal support and reprographic services. Located at 1133 15th Street NW, the newest facility of TransPerfect Document Management will offer a full suite of services, including electronic data discovery, coding, imaging, printing, and traditional copying. Their key new location in the heart of Washington, D.C. will give TransPerfect Document Management the ability to reach out to many strategic legal clients, generating new business development for the company. The facility will have a dedicated staff that will continually analyze current software and equipment to ensure that TransPerfect is able to provide the latest and best solutions to their clients. In addition to having cutting-edge equipment, they will also have the increased capacity to keep all of their clients' documents and data on file for a minimum of 5 years. With TransPerfect Document Management's ability to retrieve these files quickly and efficiently from their back-up system, they hold a unique advantage over competitors.
New Facility Will Mirror New York's Success
President of TransPerfect Document Management, Steve Kaplan, reports that TransPerfect Document Management "wants to continue our unprecedented 'quality first' approach to customer service used in the New York facility to make the Washington, D.C. office just as successful. The goal is to ensure clients receive a quality product and service, for which TransPerfect has been known for the past 14 years in this industry."
Kaplan is enthusiastic about the new facility and his management team in the Washington, D.C. office, which will include two key members. Scott Glenn, a 10-year veteran of IKON Office Solutions' legal document services division, will serve as the general manager, leading both the Sales and Operations departments. John Tylka, a top sales professional also of IKON Office Solutions, will serve as Sales Manager in the new facility. The team is enthusiastic about the upcoming months and the opportunities to build their client base.
